As an ultra runner, fitness instructor and hairdresser, (I stand on my feet all day), I am constantly pushing my body to its breaking point. Not only does Louise help me back on track (and sometimes back together), but she also takes time to show me tools/exercises in order to prevent the injury in the first place.

She’s unlike any other physical therapist I know. She reminds you that this pain is not permanent, provides you with a sense of hope, and carries you forward on your path to healing very quickly. With a gentle adjustment of your arm and an instruction to breath, she can remove the pain you’ve had in your shoulder for weeks. She has done this work for so long and holds so much knowledge that what might feel impossible to the patient is not new to Louise.
She brought her ergonomic knowledge to our office too. The impact on health insurance and worker’s compensation claims was significant, with large reductions in costs being seen within the first year.
